Acroyoga – group exercise

Friday, 15 July, from 2 to 8 p.m.; and Saturday, 16 July, from 12 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Acroyoga is a mixture of yoga, which is a holistic science of life and has a positive impact on the personal development of body, mind and soul, and acrobatics, which promotes flexibility and physical abilities through floor-based, partner and air acrobatics.

It nurtures mutual trust and communication. At the workshop, you will learn how to safely practice acroyoga, get familiar with some basic elements and get to know your body and your partner a little better.

The workshop is intended for beginners who would like to get familiar with elements of acrobatics and yoga. It takes place in pairs. (Prior application required, approximately 6 couples).

The workshop will be led by Sanja and Rok.
