Slacklining is a new sports discipline that effectively combines active leisure time and keeping or gaining your fitness level. It improves your balance, relaxes you and offers loads of fun.

Walking on a slackline is not hard and anybody can learn how to do it. With some help from a good instructor, you need only 15 minutes and you will stand and walk on the slackline. Or you can learn on you own. All you need is a little persistence.
