The legendary Croatian band Novi fosili has announced their last concert on 15 April this year – but apparently only in Ljubljana. On the Jubilejnik stage, on the first day of the festival Laško Pivo in cvetje, we will still be able to see and hear their life performance with Sanja Doležal and their evergreen hits like Za dobra stara vremena, Još te volim, Milena generacijo, Košulja plava, Šuti moj dječače plavi, Ja sam za ples, Da te ne volim.
The band Novi fosili exists since 1969. They had their first successes in cooperation with the songwriter Rajko Dujmič starting in 1976, and they were given the name “novi” (new) by another legendary songwriter Arsen Dedić. They are known by all generations since the seventies and their melodic and catchy songs full of optimism and love are still frequently played on the radio, music players and cell phones.
Novi fosili will thus be an exclusive substitution for Jan Plestenjak who had to cancel his performance in Laško due to an appendectomy.
